THE  C I T Y   OF  THE   S U N

The City o f the Sun  is a large-scale project. He could be the object of a very sophisticated study to allow the creation of one ecological metropolis said "City of the Sun ", which should be:

·        Para-seismic;

·        Self- management;

·        Autonomous;

·        Totally integrated;

·        Ecological;

·        Without pollution;

·        Silent.

2-Advantages:

As he imagined it, his unique creator, Mister LEGER Raymond, this "City of the sun", as he calls it moreover, without hinting at the sun town, should be a real " Mega-pole" for human size of 20 000 Inhabitants where everything is integrated. Without car, each has its garden and no shadow on the city. It is technically practicable, via the happiness brought by the Sun.

The "City of the sun" should integrate as well the totality of the services of an average city, containing its zone of productions, craft and industrial, its schools, its stadiums, its places of cult etc.

·        6000 Homes of 1800 m3 of volume each;

·        500 m ² of garden;

·        50 m ² of greenhouse; 

·        160 m ², of living space, by family.

Transports, in the town, are all made by common. There is no polluting ramifications: escalators, elevators, funiculars, conveyer belts etc. Pedestrian streets are foreseen as well.

Cars or noisy vehicles are prescribed and of any not useful manners. An outside underground parking allows however to park its vehicle to join the other cities in car. The trans-communication reigns in boss, computerization, telematic communication, etc. are of use to all.

The Town is Para-seismic thanks to the construction of boutants bows. In brief, the "City of the Sun ", escorted by a mode of food favoring the "Organic Food", allows to create the “ground paradise” on our blue planet.

 It is evident besides that the tourism and the guests of the whole world will assure a good part of the wealth of this Town, and the reality will eventually catch up the fiction.

4-Realization:

The Technical description: The Town, without "shadow" has the shape of a spherical cap 1.2 km in diameter on its base, to rise approximately every 4 meters. Discs forming paving stones in reinforced concrete, supported by pillars, are reduced of 100 meters every time one rises of a level. The low fork of such a set is probably 3 billion USD. The developed being surface of the order of: 5 400 000 m². It is thus to the cost of construction of the order of 6900 Dirhams/ m², that it is reasonable to claim to arrive. The meeting of private capital can put no problem, because the city is sold by portions, as apartments or industrial premises, part of the State and the community paying off on the profits of the Town. As comparison, the "Tunnel Under The Manche", will have cost, as it is said, 15 Billion of USD. Once again it is the transport which takes it, to the detriment of so many people who try to find accommodation.
